ICE AIR FLIGHTS WILL NOT STOP, AND PEOPLE WILL CONTINUE TO BE RETURNED TO MEXICO OR THEIR COUNTRIES, UNTIL THE CDC HEALTH ORDER (TITLE 42) IS RESCINDED.

People “expelled” at the border are done so based on the excuse of health safety under the CDC order (title 42) which has put a tourniquet around the border since mid-March.

Rejecting people at the border with no due process, and within hours or days, is called “expulsion.” Regardless of what country they are fleeing, they are either pushed back to Mexico by land, or to their countries by air. No one knows how those decisions are made. 90% of the people seeking protection at our border are expelled.

Between April and December, 417,000 people have come to our southern border to seek protection. 373,000 of them were summarily sent back by land into Mexico (I est. 320,000) or by air to their countries with no due process.

THE CDC ORDER MUST BE RESCINDED BY THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION.
