The linked document is the report of a whistleblower who worked at the emergency intake shelter that was set up at Fort Bliss to house unaccompanied children who had come across the border.

This was the place that some of us marched to from the Port of Entry in downtown El Paso, to make ourselves symbols of the plight of the children that were and are being transported to be held in tents on the desert while the bureaucracy figures out what to do with them.

Read the report to find out exactly how they are being treated. The conditions described, the incompetence, cruelty, and fraud, were enough to inspire this testimony of a federal employee, at risk to her own future, to tell us that what is going on inside is even worse than we feared.

The dark interior of a fortress prison is hard to penetrate. We have been to other such places and we have managed to expose them. We even managed to close two of them. But my heart aches at the evil that we have allowed to fester behind those fortified gates where we stood, powerless.

Read the report. And then let us decide if we can look away once again.
