Witness at the Border will join brothers and sisters hoping to see the fall of Title 42, an unconscionable barrier to the right of people to to migrate in order to survive. For too long, under two presidents, Title 42 has been an insult to human rights, cynically masquerading as a health order. If it is blocked, by courts or by Congress, we will be witnesses to yet another setback along the long road to justice. If it is lifted, we will celebrate one small step toward recovering our humanity.
