The #MeToo movement gained traction in 2006 and we saw many high profile examples of sexual abuse and sexual harassment in the workplace. One group of women largely missing and not represented in this movement is farm workers. Women make up 28% of the agricultural workforce. They face sexual harassment at alarming rates.
